My EtL HR did it for me but, it wasn’t the normal way. I’m not sure how he did it.

Update my EtL HR had to put in my hours for me. Moving forward it should be easier. I couldn’t do it because the days were before September 28.

I took off part of last week and this week for vacation. Yesterday I tried to put in paid time for last week and it wouldn’t let me. Has something changed? I will talk to HR tomorrow. Just wondering if you guys knew anything.

They probably were slow in OPU and that’s why they were sent to help you.

Who did they send to help? Was it a front end person? When front end is not busy they send them to help others. Flex gets sent when batches are low. I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Being a trainer is awesome. You must be doing something right if they made you trainer.

If leaders approve of them coming in late to cut OT. Couldn’t schedules be changed so, they would not be late. Also couldn’t these team members leave a few minutes early as well?

Nope but, my leader mentioned it changed. I will check it out today and report back later.

I would take the lead position. This would give you some experience as a leader. You could always became a Starbucks leader later. Leaders do get shifted around or some quit. As a front end leader you could still help out some with Starbucks.

I remember drink and a snack. I remember a kid(Teenager) who got a gallon of milk as his drink. He got it for his mom.

15 year employee here and I have never seen anyone get rehired after being fired. Attendance might not have been the reason for the firing. It was probably productivity like they said. Getting time off in December is not impossible but, difficult. Put in time off request as soon as possible...

Cartoon Penguin is kind of an inside joke in the group. Basically we all think you are telling us a bunch of BS. If you’re telling the truth, didn’t you know ahead that you were singing up for a 10 hour shift? Talk to your leader or EtL tell them your weak and can’t do a 10 hour shift and ask...

Is this serious? Be a grown up adult. You said you would do this you can’t back out now. It will definitely reflect badly on you if you back out.
