    I hate that the DC puts them on a pallet that is then stack on top of a pipo pallet. For one the bins are not secured to the wooden pallet. Second bins are not centered onto the pallet. You have to adjust the forks to get the bins off the pallet because the bins are rectangular. It's really...

    I don't put them on pallets. They are the last that is loaded on the trailer. First thing unloaded. Don't stack them.

    I don't necessarily agree with this. We didn't do this before chain custody why do it now? This has always been an issue. Apparently there was no solution during testing. The issue wasn't addressed as FQA. Has anyone have AP come to ask us what issues we are having?
