Trying to figure out if I'll be making more or the same and it looks like it'll depend on how the paygrades work out. If paygrades change to where Flow is knocked down to lowest payroll, I won't get jack. If Flow ends up in the second paygrade, I'll get something like a 10-20 cent pay raise.
