    Will there still be job differential though? Right now I'm Logistics and after the last bump I went up to $11 + .50 job diff and then $1 night diff between 4AM-8AM.     Trying to figure out if I'll be making more or the same and it looks like it'll depend on how the paygrades work out. If paygrades change to where Flow is knocked down to lowest payroll, I won't get jack. If Flow ends up in the second paygrade, I'll get something like a 10-20 cent pay raise.
