At the store I am at, the vacuums are in the custom block with stationary. Why you ask? Bc the way my store is set up, they go on the back wall that is betwixt Stationary and Small Appliances. But sometimes other floor mops have an endcap in Plastics.
I'm guessing by the responses, your ETL or TL said hey there is an app for safety reports. Here's how to use it. My ETL and TL are clueless and think/feel it's just an annoying app.
At the store I'm at, the door needs to be a revoling one lol
The latest I heard through the grapevine was the guy who pushed Plastics. Before him, it was the girl working One Spot. But I'm sure the list is longer.
At my store, these task lists/check list things were handed to out here and there. One TM who was out is just waiting for one. I was not a lucky recipient of such paper, I write down my times and tasks that I do: unload/sort truck, sort the cosmetic repacks and push in an area that is not mine...
For myself due to my availability, I come in and unload/sort the truck. Then I typically sort the cosmetic repacks. Then I am done. If there is time left I got find my lead and see what else is to be pushed. So if I push an area, I have started to write my tasks and the approx time I did them...
/My senario of the day was: go in get the cleared, u boats set up/replaced, then finally unload and sort truck. Then once that was completed within 2 hrs or so, its break time. I was told to do my sort of the cosmetic repacks then do chemicals. I was like okay. I look at the pulls, I drop them...
When my STL had many huddles explaining the changes to us, others voiced their concerns over the hours and having time to complete their tasks in such a short time frame. His response was really a brush off and said then there's Tuesday and Thursday to schedule you in. Most of the ppI work with...
The dress code at my store is khaki and red. The weekends (Saturday and Sunday) only we can wear jeans. The special times we can wear jeans is during the holidays. But due to the sales goal from December, we got to wear jeans last month. The biggest worry was the ear buds. Some TMs would wear...
At my store our custom blocks have changed again. We have the repack box # listed on the custom block sign. But we go through them and sort. B/c 6's have been mixed with Bullseye/One Spot. If it's a combo, we sort it out. It's just a load of fun 🙄
Yesterday domestics transition came and the U-boat's and pallets were piled and taken out. Nothing got sorted until they got worked. Luckily, one TM got smart and got a sharpie to mark the location. Needled to say it was a long day for them. But at times on non truck days, the boxes would be...
My store was a tester in the district to get this new unload process. It's been a few weeks since its started. We are getting the hang of it. Just waiting for the U-boats and other needed vehicles in place of the pallets. Pretty much all departments use a flat to push from while stocking the...
For the past couple of weeks, my store has had MTWFS work week. Then it will be d MWFS work week. It's great on my pay check but the days are running together lol
The guy that used to work in electronics got moved to push domestics. Now, they have one or two ppl in electronics to push the truck only and do the Target Mobile. Our STL made it clear that's their only duty. Other ppl working sales floor pushes reshop and other things that they are responsible...
We have a huddle every morning after our first break. My ETL says truck size, good job on the unload, recognizes ppl, talks about sales, etc. if he's off, my TL will not bother with one.
