It took me 4 hours yesterday to order shoes that would only let me do site to Store as shipping, then the store cancelled my order even though the shoes are in stock and right on the shelf. So frustrating.

The reason my old store is raising flow's pay (and I think across the whole store but I'm not sure) is to compete with the new Costco that will be opening in January, they said that they hope to match whatever pay Costco is going to have.

If I hadn't left, my pay would have gone up to 11.75 on the 20th, which is exactly what a brand new person makes. I worked at Target for 5 years, I started at 8.75 and worked my butt off to get to 11.16 with absolutely no base pay increases that were not merit increases. It's complete BS. I know...

I would agree with this for 95% of the time, except I work softlines flow and guests wreck that area. (I do however recognize that some SL flow team people put things wherever, however, not sized, with the hangers facing the wrong way, or folded way overstocked, and socks just put everywhere)...
