Are you time traveling? Even if you work from Sunday at 00:00:00 to Monday at 23:59:59 you'd still only have 8 possible hours of overtime. Take all the OT you can get before Spot puts the stop to it (though unlikely when given by the STL's blessing).

People who don’t stagger repacks are asking for it to cave in. I stagger repacks before going in the steel. No need to wrap or rubber band that thing won’t go anywhere. Fire aisle being full takes one call to a fire Marshall. Stuff on the floor is new norm to prep for the unload

If you only have three dock doors doubles becomes a bit tougher but are still possible. We’re at 6-8 trucks a week right now. Last year at this time we got 4 maybe 5 a week. Christmas is going to be rough, I’m expecting 10-12 trucks a week with no room in bulk

Also, if we continue push all we will keep opening cases with open stock in the backroom. Full case doesn't fit? More open stock backstock. New case on the next truck? Wash, rinse, repeat. Turn your aisles into all open stock locations. Take that, corporate!
