Target does not recognize seniority with regard to hours

My team's biggest wish is that all water and soda are in bulky batches. Picking 10 gallons of water as one dpci in a batch of 40 items is awful for the picker and the three tier. Just stop this nonsense!

Not sure where I stand on this... If the break room is in the back of the store, the cashier working at the front will get a much shorter break than those working in the back room if the time walking to and from the break room is counted in their 15 minutes.

At our store tm's are given fulfillment hours and then sent to other areas to work. Most days there is one FFtm after 3pm. GM gets most of the hours, recognition and love.

Not capped. If I remember right, they raised the cap along with minimum wage and it was enough that I got raises. Still getting raises.... they do not adjust pay for anyone making above minimum when they raise the minimum. I do not know the current caps or even if they exist anymore.

I honestly don't really remember. I have more than 20 years in. I think it was around $12, so that wouldn't be a thing anymore.
