Could somebody please outline some examples of situations where I would need to assist a guest? What would be a common issue I would need to resolve? I'm not incredibly fast at mental math under pressure. How screwed am I?

Careful with that! it's never good to burn bridges like that. and honestly, if you work super hard your last two weeks and be the perfect worker, your team leads will miss you more and it will only make HR look even worse if they're the reason Flow lost a really hard working team member.
