I am determined that every OTC transition, someone at HQ goes “let’s add a row of pegs back to the lip care” and then next one they go “take it out”. Well, that top row is back and of course I had to play with the pegs to make the stuff even fit

I recommend holding onto any pushers you can't use - Never know when they'll come in handy. My store threw out all of the old pushers one day and then when we needed more for a department they went 🤷‍♂️

That may be for the Water Wall/High Capacity Shelves. Since they are adding shelves on that wall too. Our soda wall is big enough for 32" shelves, but I also know we are getting more fixtures in on Monday.

Energy drinks move to where juice is from the soda aisle, juice is shifting down, and some water is also moving around.

Also, did anyone else notice they want 18 inch pushers on the HC 32s? How is that meant to work? They sent us about 420 of those.. Did I miss something and 18 inch pushers is the new 32 inch shelves?

I love how Target decided to drop another transition for babies for week of 3/30… toiletries again, but this time they flip the shampoo and pedialyte in the 4th section… I saw this coming when I saw the shampoo above the drinks, but I love the waste of time it created

The new pog calls for all of the old signing still - but yet doesn't look built for it 🤷‍♂️ Ours is broken anyway and I kinda chipped it getting it down (that was heavy and whoever put it up last time wedged it in) so I am okay with it not going back up lol.

Did anyone set Casaluna towels yet? I set it Saturday night into Sunday morning and took the shadow box off for now. It is still listed on POG, but isn’t shown on the POG overview. I am wondering if it should be kept or removed - since they want towels to hang on pegs where the box would be.

we set towels and bedding... we ran out of spots for the clearance... We had to leave it for dayside to figure out/used aisles we didn't do as staging....

We have to move the energy drinks off the soda POG onto HC and move Juice somewhere else... I hope we are getting shelves since we do not have enough... I feel like these moves are pointless like they want to hide the energy drinks now since they are in the corner by the backroom exit and fire...

In the box we got with the T-Wall paper was a set of confetti backer with sticky tape for a T-Frame that is used for the Cloud Island SPLN and the Memories SPLN - I put it up with the supplied tape since thankfully it is sitting flat and not weird like the T-Wall: Before my store used the EC...

For that - We use the case for 2 of them and then the third shelf gets the shelf style case (or spider wrap if we do not have enough cases)

The one on a regular pegboard? We used the Neoclips already In the pegboard from the old cloud island paper since the paper was perforated with holes for those - Especially since the pegs need to go into the pegboard

For us, we only got the ones for magnetic grippers for the T-Wall and TFrame style fixture - The rest was the box style (for the stroller platforms) and the Left + Right bracket style for above carseats.
