I read a comment on a post online, that there is something coming with RFIDing ISM. Has anyone heard of this? I was thinking it may be just to prove the store put it up, but all they would have to do is walk by the signing area and it would all scan.
I hate the fact that ever since the signing...
I read the guide for test stores. My store fake ties planograms/revisions/SPLs at end of week if they do not complete them (got to be 100% for the week), and either go back to set them the week after or just keep moving on and forget about them. Will this new process still allow that? It seems...
So I have kept reading LOD is returning. Is this based on Region or Group? I have not heard anything about it. I know leaders closing is coming back, however my store is having the leaders do mids instead and the DSD was okay with that.
I have been with Target for a while and remember LOD...
The maintenance guy, PML, is not responsible for calling in any registers or SCOs down. The front end team is responsible for calling CSC and maintaining all registers and prive scanners throughout the store.
Whoever decided to eliminate the Signing position I hope does not work for target anymore. Having someone just dedicated to the ISM and knows everything about it, would help so much. I cringe everytime I see the store throw signing out. It makes every presentation look so much better.
At my store, they will leave that sticky part. They have no care for cleanliness or having things look nice. Heck my plano TL doesn't believe it's his job to fill aislesafter he sets them. Leaves them empty and keeps moving on.
Curious how well this is going in stores? I know it is just starting to roll out. My store will have so much trouble with this, especially in Q4 when they over push toys beyond the max. Curious if field leadership will follow up on this.
Does anyone have any info or updates from the Target Together meeting (formally Fall National) that is happening this week? I wonder if they have any changes coming up.
Pfresh stands for Prototype Fresh. When target started to test it 15+ years ago, it was a new prototype for them since they never carried fresh groceries or expanded dry market section. They wanted to make a one stop shop to capture all of the market that they could. When I started with target I...
It kills me at my store to watch transitions and sales planner never have signing put up and just tossed. I was a former Signing Specialist and loved that position more than anything. I took full pride in it. Now everything is set half assed. My stores current plano tl doesn't believe it's his...
When I first started with Target, the TL of the department would have to put a red dot sticker next to the POG header to indicate the aisle went MPG. I do miss those red header labels though
