No one cares about meal compliance

You can do that 5 minutes early here no matter who's there to ok it. A lot of 'em seem to prefer it. I don't think anyone's ever tracked it...maybe if you were close to 40 they'd have a problem

No one cares about meal compliance

I never clock in 5 minutes early and I don't get my device until after since that's a work action. No one's ever challenged me on it and I show up, so

Service & Engagement New POS. Where is she now?

We haven't done jack diddly with the SCO coins. They're gonna rot in there

Service & Engagement New POS. Where is she now?

The removal of pennies is going to force the need for more cashiers. Or at least it SHOULD - I keep being told that there's no plans to bring back cash use for SCO because there's no plans to have the OS round up or down to the nearest 5 cent. And so. many. PEOPLE. keep going "where do I put the...

No one cares about meal compliance

Hitting the fifth has never been a problem at my store. If it's bad you may get your lunch 15 minutes before compliance. Be nice if they did care about hitting the fift tho

The loss of pennies has absolutely crippled my store

they're disobeying corporate order to greet EVERYONE then (I hear this a lot, I'm supposed to talk to SCO people, which I don't). Target doesn't want you to shop in peace apparently.

TTOG If you are that %*(@ picky about what items go where in the bag you brought with you, go to the self-checkout.

    Systems outage Fri 12/19/25

The barcodes for these things don't seem to work so the cashiers are all having to type in the card number. This is target, not bethesda, the fix isn't supposed to broken too

The entire inbound team walked out this morning.

Yeah that tracks. FF/OPU/DU is god at my store. TLs can get stuck doing it even

The entire inbound team walked out this morning.

They want to bring the hammer down on these "uppity" TMs, is my thought. This is too much like unionizing for leaders' taste.

The entire inbound team walked out this morning.

Everyone's got a breaking point though. The whole team walking out is a symptom of something else.

The skeleton crew thing is getting really old really fast

I wish we had your problem. Everyone else is robbed to help OPU and DU here and we still get told "why are you not checking guests out faster?" because you took everyone for FF.

    Black Friday Swag Bag Giveaway

I'm so glad I work closing on Black Friday. I'm so glad it's basically dead. Fun to watch from home, not so much to work

TTOTM: If I wanted to be talked to as though I were 5 years old I would pay someone to do it for me. I'm not into that. There's a reason you have so many complaints. I'm not planning to complain because they're untouchable. They must have pics of the DM with farm animals or something

To Target - General Feedback About Anything

Starbucks at least makes sense because the demographic for SB and Target is a perfect circle. They closed another Starbucks a few blocks away rather than the one in the Target here

TTOG - yes, I have to card you for cough medicine. No, I can't take a picture of your ID. No, actually, I DO have to card you for this, the prompt is right on the screen. Guy kept insisting I didn't need to card him and I just called a manager over and told them the guest refused to produce ID...

cnbc: Target’s sloppier stores are wearing on shoppers, and its turnaround could hinge on cleaning them up

I'm so glad Black Friday is dead. I've got a pretty normal shift that day that's only an hour off what I would usually work

cnbc: Target’s sloppier stores are wearing on shoppers, and its turnaround could hinge on cleaning them up

Front end is constantly getting screwed over because they take our people to do OPU and DU. Which means floor people get called for backup all the time. But then we see managers doing grunt work and fulfillment, etc, and I'm like. Wow. Things really ARE bad.

The skeleton crew thing is getting really old really fast

Sadly they are probably correct. Didn't the beer company (I forget which one) flip flop and then lost both sides?
