Let's say I added 6 hours of PTO to get my hours for the week up to 38. However let's say I picked up another 4 hours shift so now I am at 42. What happens? Does the PTO get reduced so I am not over 40?

Is there a push to have these as low as possible again? In my department my floor capacities are high so it isn't a big deal. However when I look at the OOS it's over 75 at close for the whole store.

Is TL PTO accrual capped at two weeks a year (i.e 80 hours) regardless of your accrual rate? Is this also true for a TM?

Target not seem to realize that all the high school and college students VERY SOON are going to either work less or not work at all? At my store this will specifically effect OPU.

Can the district and/or corporate view percentages in real time? I work afternoons and when I start the percentage is well below 10%. I am usually the only that pulls my department. They are "too busy" pushing truck to ever do it. 🙄 What if I don't show up?
