I fought like hell to get off the sales floor at my old store and had to transfer to Starbucks instead. Got into POG at my new store, and now they want me to go back to the sales floor? I'd sooner walk over a bed of hot coals, lower hours or not.

I got my review and raise - 2.7% They want me to go from POG to being the seasonal "expert", despite the STL saying we'd still have POG experts. When they asked what I thought, I told them if I interviewed off the street and was offered the job as described, I wouldn't take it. So far nothing...

I'm concerned. I had a colonoscopy in February and my hours plummeted. Sitting at an average of 34 hours last I looked. 😬 You have to use your sick time before you leave, right? They won't pay out for it, will they?

Anything besides the pop bullshit they play. How about you play music to fit the demo of people who actually come to spend money in the store, versus the kids who come to chew gum and steal earrings. 🙄

I hate 95% of what they play. Whoever picks the music needs to talk to someone who programs a real radio station, because they're doing a shit job!

There should be a checklist on Workbench for compliance issues. They get really picky. We had four non compliance, then you go I to default. Default is bad. Lawyers get talking at that point...
