    Agreed. After the time and expense of training someone, they leave after 2 months. I personally would pass on that re-hire....too much of a flight risk.

    On an extra grouchy day I've been known to take the basket and just dump out the items. On a not so grumpy day , I would just look at the guest and say "oh you forgot to take your items out of the basket."

    Commute 30 minutes to work at Target? Maybe for leadership, but not worth it for a TM when (most) Target(s) pays the same $15/hr as every other retailer and fast food place place.

    You're not lazy .. you've just quiet quit. When Target was one of the first retailers to pay $15/hr, it was a coveted employer because it was $5 more than everyone else. Now employers pay at least that. Here Arby's, hospitals, insurance companies...all pay at least that. And I've noticed...
