So I’ve been working at target for a about a month and sometimes I cover fitting rooms but I don’t know who to transfer the calls to sometimes b/c I don’t know all the departments or what they specialize in when it comes to calls. Can someone plz list the departments or lmk?? Thanks.

We get heaps of shitty teams clothing sent to our store. None of it sells and its a nightmare aisle with at least 40 shirts each day on the floor. Why is this happening? My support is worthless and no one knows what to about this gross overstocking of non backstock shit.
