drug test

Hi, so I was recently offered a full time HR expert role. I accepted it and I am currently a GM expert. I wasn’t drug tested prior to being hired so I was wondering if they would for this new role since it’s HR?

I live in California and smoke marijuana for both medical and recreational reasons. Will this affect my hiring?

so i have a card, and i dont really know the california state laws that apply to it and the work place, can someone enlighten me? lets say i need to get drug tested for WHATEVER REASON ( not saying i am getting drug tested) will i be safe since i have it? or what? should i let target know that...
