How long do you have to deliver a final? if conversation was held at time of incident but wasn’t delivered to workday till 90 days later for it to be submitted back. Is that allowed?

So I got put on a final for "loafing" kinda funny cart attendants do 7000 things but cant rest for a second or two anyway I am transfering schools and there is a target close to where I was going to go. I know being on a final usually means I cant transfer stores.. any advice ?

My CCA isn't related to attendance, but I just had a ncns. Could they fire me for it since im on the CCA?
