This seems to be a huge argument in my store since about last year. The cosmetics Beauty team member refuses to push the body lotion (but pushes the facial skin care part that comes in their freight) and argues that since the body lotion comes in HBA's freight, that HBA should be pushing it...

I’m new to Target. What is the department manager called that covers HBA area that can make on hands adjustments, et? I know titles have changed within last year or so. Also, how does the hierarchy go? ? Pusher Aisle captain LOD SM SD ? Thank you for your help!

just wondering what other stores have done to help your tampon aisle...zone frees? Downsweep shelves? Adhesive dividers? Any suggestions...ours is a hot mess!!!
