hip printers

So we've got a hip printer that refuses to reprint its label correctly. I've tried both spamming the feed button as well as going through reprint from 'configure ID'. Neither prints properly. Everything else this prints comes out correct except the ID. Any suggestions? Messing with the offsets...

I've had this issue with 3 different printers and I'm not sure if it across the board or if I've just gotten unlucky with the ones I've tried. Mine seems to only want to print out 1 sticker and then stop. I then have to open it up, close it, and hit reprint. Sometimes it will print 2 stickers...

Hey All! In preparation for sending out my salvage the hip printer would only print out a label every other time. Why is it doing this? Also when I entered the amount of salvaged items it would only print out one salvage label. Is there any way to reprint the labels without the salvage tallies...

Hey Team, We got a bunch of new printers in recently and they haven't been setup. Does anyone know how to get the barcode printed for each printers wireless ID? I've asked a few people at my store and no one seems to have knowledge, so I figured I'd throw it out here. Thanks!!
