Just wondering what the late policy actually is and why it isn't enforced. My roommate started working here a couple of years after I was hired. Within the last year, she has been late at least 25 times, with no reason other than she slept through her alarm. She usually blames it on her phone...

Here's a quick poll for you all: Does your sales floor team stay late (past their scheduled end work time) to complete zone/abandon? If yes, answer with what time (on average) they end up leaving/any other insights into when this happens at your store.

** ** I know tm need to call out 2 hours before the shift or they get corrections, but what if that tm does it constantly lets say once every 2 weeks (calling 2 hrs ahead of course)? Is there a limit how many times a tm can call out?
