Anyone else think that to be green set on time, 95% is realistic? For a low volume store that doesn't always get all the merch for sales planner, not receiving all sidecap shippers or endcaps that are full of clearance. And because of covid, we are not allowed to set on carts or towers making it...

So I know there are metrics for cashier speed, flexible fulfillment time, and other things like call box response time... but does anyone have a complete list of all the metrics? Like are there metrics for back stock speed? Just wanted to get an idea of what can help or hurt our store metrics
