Is guest services able to place or assist a guest with placing an online order? I had a older guest looking for an item that I couldn't find on MyWork but was able to locate on the Target App on my Zebra. It said something about delivery being the only option available. I have her the DPCI for...
Out of curiosity does your store allow team members to task with a mycheckout? At this time our service desk is commonly forced to because there is a lack of equipment on certain days. I think this is silly because we only have two: one of which the payment processor is broken because it was...
I am very curious as to how other stores handle line busting. My store finally has all of our checkout devices functional. (One for FOS, FR, electronics and beauty). I want us to use it and up our myCheckout sales, but I’m just having trouble with finding the best excuse to use it without it...
So I dropped a my checkout device (the one that is a zebra my device with the card reader on the back) and somehow the unit that holds the card reader popped off the back. It seems to communicate wirelessly so the two pieces work fine but you can't but them back together because there there a...
I’ve done some my checkouts in the past. But I’m wondering are all orders on the my checkout free shipping even if you don’t have a red card?? I always thought they all were but someone told me that’s not the case so now I’m confused..
So Mobile Checkout just rolled out to our store today. We received a couple of extra myCheckout devices and some more Zebra printers so that we could start using it. I've read through all the paperwork I could find about it, and my fellow GSAs and I did some test transactions with it.
Here are...
I've been poking around on Workbench and found some documents about a new app that will be coming to the myCheckout device: Mobile Checkout. In a nutshell, it allows a team member to check out in-store items and take payment from a guest anywhere in the store, without ever logging onto a...
Anyone having issues with it? When I open it up, it just hangs, loading up. Sent it back in for work, came back, we reinitilized the whole zebra, and still the app hangs.
Hello friends!
I am a recently promoted Service and Engagement Lead at a pilot store (moved up from Electronics). I am posting on this thread to see what other SELs or GSTLs do in their store to motivate MyCheckout Sales.
We are doing quite poorly in MyCheckout sales in general, part of which...
So we had the Google mini demo last weekend and I could not get it set up because the Google home app says Google play services needs to be updated.
My ETL HR was LOD over the weekend and she says there is some kind of work around that was communicated but i can't find it ok workbench.
Anyone...
Am I the only one excited for MyCheckout? The extra zebras are coming this week and we've been talking to guests about the ability to purchase the items in the store on the zebra and have them shipped to their home. Now I don't feel as bad saying "we don't have it but you can order it on...
I've heard briefly about this app, also looked over what information is available on the Target Wiki, anyone else know anything new? It would help me as a Service Desk TM, if there an iPad next to the gift registries or something where guests could use the app to purchase online-only item.
Saw a link for something called MyCheckout on the pilots page of Workbench. Couldn't access it because my store isn't testing it.
Anyone know what it is? I have some thoughts of what it might be, but would love to know what it really is.
