Could anyone pass along any pertinent info? Trying to decide between two jobs with tuition benefits and the hiring manager had not heard of this. In addition to the "Dream to Be Guild" program, it looks like there is a possibility I could get reimbursed for some tuition at my preferred college...

Does anyone have any insight to how the tuition reimbursement works? I can’t seem to find any straight forward info on this. Is there a minimum amount of time you need to be working for target for before eligible? Or average minimum hours?

Someone told me that they no longer require college to become an etl... Is this true? I know for the longest time you had to have a college degree, and always thought that was stupid... Especially since I know tl/srtl who deserve it more than some of the etls.
