Does Spot have range extensors that they use for walkies or not? My store is in remodel for the front end and has limited range outside. The dumpsters are just outside the range.

Why are the alerts for workcenter hubs, cash needed, and help needed so freaking short?!? There's no distinct sound for the alerts at the checklane and if you're doing something else (and who isn't????) there is no distinct reminder. They should just continue until they are checked or dismissed.

So does anyone's store have walkies without the plastic casing around the antenna? It seems that 90% of our walkies are in that condition. Team members keep on complaining about getting shocked/burned by the exposed antenna. It's more of annoyance than anything, it's just a sting that lasts for...
