Since I am not big on writing full paragraphs, I will just state the issues that I see happening because of the new process. Mind you, we are a pilot store and have been in modernization mode for about a year. Empty shelves while product sits in the backroom, the backroom is a hazard and a damn obstacle course, being behind on markdowns, price changes and sales planners, product going to salvage without seeing the light of day, not enough staffing, etc. Big deal that we get to call them ETL's and TL's again, not that we ever stopped in our store.
