I'm about to start refusing them. We got a 2nd shipment of Valentines that been in the back for 2 weeks now. The green boxes are overflowing. I've got one of the best reps but she was only given 45 minutes this week.

Take pictures and refuse.
I use to do that and after few deliveries not being accepted they would send their vendor from 4-8am

Vendor (former TM) ... I got the bulk of my Valentine's hair and jewelry on Feb 10 🙃🙃 I added it to my submission that it was absolutely ridiculous

My rep had another solo hour this week but said someone will be in later. A supervisor came in and spent 6 hrs. This why employees are frustrated hourly ones don't get the hours. Salaried doing the work that hourly can do if given the hours. Who wants to go into management when your work days are longer. So I'll start taking deliveries again When their holding area is full I'll start rejecting them again.
I told my Etl that Anderson sup said that I can toss or donate Big Time toys when there's excess. Seems like delivery every two weeks with the rep coming the following week to work it. I'll donate whatever doesn't go out. Waste waste waste.

My NECA returns pallets finally got labeled by the vendor and picked up! 🙂 Big Time and Excell come regularly to work theirs down and ship out returns. AG's section is pretty light right now.
