Business Unit Status TL Led Workshops

Hey folks,

Is anyone else's store back in the swing of weekly BUS meetings? And if so, are you also on a monthly schedule (i.e. week 1/2/3/4 topics)?

We are supposed to be doing TL led workshops for the "Learn Together" week where one TL of the workcenter leads a workshop on Community, DEI, or Leadership. HR was supposed to have led the initial workshop, but in true Target fashion, that didn't happen. Anyway, I am supposed to be leading a workshop this month and again in August and I just...don't really know where to start. Does anyone have any pointers, references, or good starting points? I don't want to take it TOO seriously, but I also want it to be something engaging and not just a waste of everyone's time.

I ended up doing a Pride presentation with some history, trivia, and we made our own pride flags. I have another one coming up in August so we'll see how that one goes, but we all actually had a lot of fun learning about each other!
