I am a GM TM that has just returned from my ELOA this week. My initial schedule that I received had me only working for 2 days but on my 1st day back an ETL decided to give me a new schedule. I usually work closing but he gave me a bunch of opening shifts...I didn't really care at first because I needed more hours but I also came into work this week with a cough and it has gotten worse so I know I won't feel well enough by 8am.... I feel bad for calling out for New Years but I've only called out once before in my 2 years so hopefully they won't be mad just hoping someone answers since it'll be before the store opens.
