Anyone been told they aren’t allowing Covid related LOA extensions anymore? I heard yesterday that if you call the number to extend, they tell you they can no longer approve it for you, even if you haven’t reached your 120 day mark, and to call your stores HR since only they can approve it now. Apparently the change happened August 31st, if it’s true that is.

Yes, that is true. It was on Workbench somewhere. Why wouldn't you call your store anyway?
