Is anybody else having problems processing vendor credits? I haven't been able to do any for two days now and it's really aggravating.

Assuming you have Pfresh, how are your vendors doing with the Vendor Survey...I had Coke and Pepsi red for a few weeks because they wouldnt fill the checklane coolers and Coke had some other issues, one of my Bread Vendors constantly has outs for their Bread and Bagels and has been red a few weeks and then one of the alcohol vendors was only ordering like 5 cases of stuff to come in which is hardly anything at all even though we were completely empty on an endcap and home of alot of hard alochol....dealing with all of this is driving me crazy as a PA.

Pepsi, Coke and 7 Up are consistently red for the same reason and they have a problem keeping down to the allocated amount of back stock. We have a problem with the bread vendors not having enough back stock leaving holes on the floor. As for the beer we play hell getting them to pick up any credits they have because nobody ever sees them.

There might be an issue they know about and are working on a fix.
I just prey you don't have to send in a request to the black hole for help.

The funny thing is Pepsi and Coke are always pretty good about backstock AND their home locations...it is just SOLELY the front checklane coolers and the food ave cooler that they have been marked down on for a few weeks now. In my region coke does not have a merchandiser coming in on Monday and Thursday now and it was a company decision by Coke to not service the Target stores in the area on those days I guess, at least thats what I have gathered.

Does your CTL/PA do a red status form for the vendors...after 3 weeks of being red you are supposed to. Im trying to catch up on doing mine because coke is 5 weeks red, sigh. I talk to the Bread Vendor every single time about leaving backstock and we work it out with our morning pulls but he never leaves anything we actually need. Today I walked in and a little more than half of his bread section was completely empty, sigh. Friday I have to call the district manager for them as im sure there are going to be at least 10 outs between all their product. Im sure that will be a blast. 2 weeks ago on monday the same vendor had 32 outs!!!!!!!!!!!! 32!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
