Dbo hours

As a DBO...how can you find out how many hours your area is accumulating?

Do you mean how many ours your department (GM, Style, etc?) Is getting? I believe the department as a whole is allocated hours and whoever writes the schedule for that department determines how many areas a specific zone gets.

GM as a whole is given a number of payroll hours based on your store sales level. Let’s say 400 hours.
From that 400 hours you then have to divvy out shifts for each DBO: PETS, CHEM, DOM and on and on.. there are priority areas of the store that are going to get more hours if the payroll isn’t that good. But it just depends on your ETLs game plan for getting that relentless truck pushed. (And if you know how to hustle)
