Answered Do i get a review?

Hey, just wanted to see if you needed to be working at target for a certain amount of time to get your review? ive been here since november and havnt gotten one. is it because im too new ?

In order to qualify for a review you need to have been employed by Target for at least six months as of when the review period starts. So the short answer is, no, you likely won't get one this year given how recent your start date was.

I got one but my start date as a seasonal employee was October 29th. It may depend on how early in November you started.

I believe to get a review you had to be hired before November 2nd. I could be wrong on the date, but it was in the first week of November. Half of my team didn't get reviews this year bc they started after the first week of November.
