Ive supported around my whole district and have basically been a GM/Food TL in five of them. My experience is corporate doesnt understand ASANTS and wants to force Modernization, or Best Practice or whatever other generalized idea they come up with.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt, sometimes its just best to find middle ground and not everyone understands that thinking everything is black and white.
