My store's break room is now decorated with Pride-themed table cloths, signs, and things hanging from the ceiling. First thing I thought of when I saw it is, I wonder what the OP's newly-promoted TL sort-of friend thinks of it? (Of course, guests won't see it so it won't exacerbate the threats and protests.)
