After 4 months of "development" .... Talk of interviews and constantly being pushed aside I was getting fed up. On top of that my schedule was cut badly. Like slap in the face can't afford I live bad. I spoke with my hr and put my foot down really hard. Told them if they can't be fair with hours ... If they keep giving me hours like the ones they are giving me good luck getting me to come in for a shift. I can't survive. Told them they need to fix this ASAP. Today my etl approached me, told me she was informed about my issue with scheduling and that starting on the new schedule she was going to put me as a GSA so I could have more steady hours and I would get a small bump in pay. I'm shocked!

Welcome! Congrats for the new job. Keep taking on shifts, 1st qtr is the worse on payroll hours for spot.
