Archived First Hardlines shift?

I took a hardline shift a mid day shift and I don't know what I should be focusing on, reshop and zoning as I do reshop and pulls, or is there anything else?

doesn't hurt to just ask who ever is leading the floor

Depending on the zone & reshop, say to every guest & say hi, cihyfs? Complete those tasks firsts after helping the guests. Then, do research or manual fills.

A mid shift focuses on pushing pulls to the floor (your department first then pushing whatever is left to clear out the line) then reshop to set the closers up for success. At least thats what its like in my store
