Gm team does your store have guests come in switching owala lids?

Lately people have come into my store and switching iwala lids. Since we set up owala bottle in the encap, it's so visible and more noticeable to those guests. I end up everyday with average of 5 to 10 bottles and caps mismatch. We have to defect those. Does the same thing happens at your store? Just like 2 years ago when teens come to our store and remove Spiderman and baseball athletes head action fugures as tick tock trend. So frustrating ggggghhhhh......
