i have perused this site off and on over the years. It is so nice to see that I am not the only one enduring the daily BS at the big bullseye in the sky.
I have been with Target a LONG time. Wish I could be exact, but my HR experience tells me that the company monitors this site. I will say I have been with the company over half my life. All the changes throughout the years have been interesting, to say the least.
One thing I will say, the FFF team is gone, sadly. Along, with the team mentality. I have been trying to get out, but it is hard in my current demographic. I have never been absolutely fed up with this company, until about a year ago. Morale? What is that? We sure don't care at my store. Sad. Being in leadership, if you don't micromanage and treat your team like crap, your ETLs and STL will hate you.
I starting posting about a little over a week ago. You have all been so kind and welcoming and I just wanted to say thanks.
