Does anybody have any advice about the types of questions that will be asked during the interview with STL/ DTL for a team lead position? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have a list of the Leadership Expectations tha tI have been reviewing and trying to come up with some good examples of all of those. Are there any areas in particular that they (STL/DTL) will focus on more? (Personal Leadership, Team Leadership, Thought Leadership, Results Leadership)
 
I think it really depends on what the focus in your district is. Learn your store focus for the year and know your numbers for your area.
