Are target employees able to dress up for Halloween?

At my store we have spirit week all week. As long you still have on red and khaki or jeans it’s ok. Monday was superhero day, Tuesday crazy hair day, Wednesday decades day, Thursday twin day, Friday flannel day, Saturday Disney day, Sunday anything you want.

At my store it is encouraged as long we can still be recognized as Target employees.

No full mask can't cover your full face you still have to be recognizeable as a team member red and khaki or jeans. I know its tempting but do not dress up as a walmart employee lol. At my store I think some makeup or a headband or something would be a pass but always ask just to make sure.

My store dresses up. We still have to wear red though. You could totally be a bottle of ketchup LOL, little red riding hood, or a lady bug. We were also told no baseball caps.

I go back to work tomorrow so I'm not sure if I should wear a gryffindor t-shirt or just regular work clothes lol

Not at our store. Many, many years ago we did. One person wore a costume that wasn't very work appropriate and that was the end of it forever.

I'll wear my "pumpkin patch" socks and Halloween earrings, but that's enough for me personally. Some TMs will probably dress up some - my store tends to not really follow dress code, and I wouldn't be surprised to see at least one TM take it too far.
