price change labels months behind - salvage merch everywhere
14 very full carts of re-shop when we closed tonight
backroom so jacked full you cannot walk thru
22 fulfillment tm in evening completing LESS orders than the 9 Tm‘s in the morning
signing ? Who does signing ? Ya, no one.
no response to back-up calls
tm’s that say “I’m not doing it - not my job” to everything that needs doing
the good tm’s feeling overwhelmed

I felt as if I wrote this in my soul but yes....my store looks perfect and I am working and doing the best I can. and santa is getting them kids those gifts this year. I am at least grateful for not having a thousand guests ask me for hatchimals or pie face!!!!

Yes I am LOL. The truth is everyone at my store, loves our store and has been working their ass off. We just don't have enough people.
