Hello, team!
I've looked at this page for a number of years and finally decided to sign up.
About my career at Target:
I joined the store team(s) in 2011. I started as a TPS and was promoted to Senior TPS within six months. After two years as a TPS/Sr. TPS, I was promoted to one of the IC's. Due to unforeseen circumstances (financial issues, in my opinion), our IC was one of eight to shut down completely. I'm store-side again as a Team Leader and was fortunate enough to stay within AP. I was placed in a store that was pretty much "red" in every work center, so it has been a challenge to get so many broken processes back on track. It has been fun, frustrating and ridiculous; I wouldn't have it any other way.
I just wanted to introduce myself! I'm looking forward to reading/posting some awesome threads!
