Hello everyone! I'm new to the board and waiting to start orientation at Target. I think this forum is pretty rad. So much info for a newbie such as myself. I'm starting out as a GSA- I worked at Michael's for almost 5 years as a front end supervisor and then customer experience manager. (Left retail for a job in Home Care) Took a break from the work force to stay home with my rascals during the summer and have found myself back in retail (I have an odd availability that doesn't work for many places).

Just wanted to say hello and thanks for being such a welcoming place!
