Last time I checked they weren't able to be ordered but possibly changed. I think you can use the zebra portal to submit a repair request but what you have is what you've got.

I believe it’s like how we are allocated certain amount of zebras. Best case go on a hunt! So many tm hide them :/

Are the old printers still good to use? We have a tone and honestly some of them worked great! I just haven’t seen tm use them in a while

We just don't have enough. The ones we have work.
Going on a hunt today.

Threre should be a printers in designated areas, like fitting room, electronics, & gs. Just bring it back when done. I use the one in electronics, because its location.

Also check in the offices and supply cabinets. We found 4 unused printers still in the box a few months ago. Got them configured and into rotation.

Your pmt is supposed to be sending back the old hip printers

Cant use old printers they were disabled and taken off network. We sent ours back on a CRC pallet for ELEC recycling
