(From a Kmart to a now Target store, NC)
Me and a buddy of mine were talking and it definitely doesn’t look good for this store at all. Maybe when the majority of us leave they’ll have to see that we’re actually people and they may get paid more than us but unfortunately they’re nothing without our work.
The female store director doesn’t even know that the majority of men hated her when she first got here simply because she was a woman giving them pointers. Target isn’t supposed to be a disgusting workplace where us men have ego competitions. The leaders fail to take any type of accountability and the amount of times I’d walk by and hear conversations going on of them talking so much crap about their ETLs or higher ups, instead of trying to work together and fix the stores issues. They seriously think it’s better to act and pretend they don’t understand or hear each other on the walkies, they lie and pretend that they didn’t know they didn’t finish or complete task. It’s wholeheartedly funny to think some of them are so self centered and arrogant. If this was a much bigger store and cameras and higher ups actually saw what goes on here.. they wouldn’t be so quick to be happy with their disgusting behavior.
No effort, no care, and no faith in your team and you wonder why nobody wants to help you all out. Christmas time was legit so stressful Jesus. I hate their disrespect and arrogance.
