Archived How do you look up what time FDC is scheduled.

Would someone please tell me how to look up what time FDC is coming?

There should be a quick link called FDC UTA or something similar.

After the menu is opened, select where your FDC is coming from, ask your STL or call STS and scroll to your store #. It will give an estimated time

Workbench > quick links > UTA / FDC schedule

then select the fdc that your truck comes from.
Mine is west Jefferson.
There are always 2 excel spreadsheets posted. The current date list is that truck coming the next day. Search for your store number.

I should mention if you ETA is 10 they can show up 2 hours early and 2 hours late. Definitely don't plan for an on time arrival.

They are always early but I like to have an about time. My managers claim to not know how because the system just changed a few weeks ago. My team lead knows but doesn’t come in until 10am. Hopefully I’ll be able to look it up today. They canceled yesterday.

Don’t forget on the mydevice you can click the alert app and click trailers that should list any updates or new arrival times due to weather or even canceled trucks

Thank you Qmosqueen and Backroomalpha I was able to find it on the computer. On the my device>alerts only showed a message from yesterday about the cancellation. I’m going to check again Monday because that would be way more convenient.
NKG as you said it was early but only by 45 minutes.
