15 years with Target. Started as a tm when I was in high school, and believe it or not, now I am an STL. I have done just about everything in the store: cart att, sales floor, logistics, specialist...old school 🙂, team lead, ETL.

KMG is a Target term. Stands for Key Management Group. STLs and DTLs and other field executives. Not ETLs though.
