our DC not falling for giving away huge sign on bonuses this year to attract crap hires that will do just enough to not get fired, and then ghost once they get the two grand. Yes we still hired a shit ton, but on the plus side many were much better quality than the hires going back 1-2 years. Peak was actually so much easier without all those extra idiots in the way, because most of them didn’t understand how to work. Don’t get me wrong, there were a few of those hires that have worked out, but hiring 40-60 each week at $2k each, well that math had to contribute to the shit earnings over the past year. Most of those hires that did stay are on CA for attendance, or should be if they’d pay attention to who’s here and who’s not.
