I usually don't push, but today I was pushing in toys and noticed that there were 3 pegs full of the wrong product. Someone had just filled those pegs with the item next to it (which already had 6 full pegs)

I was just wondering what the best way to deal with things like this are. Should I pull all those items off the pegs so they get scanned and the correct things get pulled? I know in some places it is better just to flex, but I wasn't sure what to do.

That is something that varies from store to store. At my store, we put flip labels on the peg with the label for the product that was flexed over if the proper product is not in stock. I would ask you leadership as ASANTS.

I pull any flex product not flexed with flip labels. D-Code is fine without flippers. My store is flex over active with flip labels. So if you can't flex it correctly my team will pull it to make it correct to planogram. But always scan the flexed over labels cause 9 out of 10 times its in the back. Someone was not lazy just plain stupid. It's not lazy to over push product it's stupid. Lazy would be not pushing all of it, but only enough to fill one peg out of 6 or just putting one item on each peg - that is lazy.

At my store I know for a fact some of the flow team members will fill pegs wrong, or fill the true back stock to the right or left. You should see the toilet brush location, it's retardedly overstocked when the other location in btc has one or completely empty. I don't really blame them though, their non-existent training can only produce this kind of result, so I find it as a moment to have a quiet laugh to myself in my own head. I have come to believe it's a combination of ignorance/lazy and whatever variables on the given day for whoever does it. Most of them aren't anticipating more than a 4 hour day anyways
