Just wondering when peak season is over/slows down?

Just over it. I’m almost at my 90 days and I’m just ready for things to be slower again lol. Peak season sucks.

Warehouse peak is different than store. I would assume you’re loading lots of toys and plastics and rear seasonal bonus size crap. Maybe it will slow down after that

Our two weeks out schedule already have hours cut . I don’t know if it’s because Sunday is time and a half . Will wait and see for one more week . Still got closer to 35 .

Friday we had to come in and palletize freight after the trailers filled because it was too slippery for the hostlers to pull trailers out.
Up to three days vns next week.

Voluntary Not Scheduled
It is a DC thing. We are all on a set 36/40 hour schedule. With MyTime we can volunteer up or down.
Weekly the managers approve voluntary to meet plan or force a rotation up or down if needed.
